Case study 002 · Concept project
Kahaani
An audio-story app for Hindi kids' stories. We designed the app, scored every story world and cut the launch film.
The brief
Stories were recorded, but the app felt silent between lines and kids dropped off in the first minute. The founders wanted each story to feel like a place.
We gave every story world its own sound bed: forest, river, market, night sky. Each one loops under the narration and ducks automatically when a character speaks.
